How do I get the lip gloss that looks like fat off my American girl doll
Put a little dish soap (like Palmolive) on a washcloth and try to rub. Then rub the soap with another damp cloth. Never soak doll in the water, the plastic can develop mold, and the sleeping eye mechanism rust.
